This privacy policy governs your use of the application ‘BRINGUP EDUCATION'S-The Learning App’ (“Application”), www.bringupedu.com (“Website”), and the other associated/ancillary applications, products, websites, and services managed by the Company, Bringup Education.

Your use of the Website, Application, or services in connection with the Application, Website or products (“Services“), or registrations with us through any mode or use of any products including that of SD cards, tablets, or other storage/transmitting device shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. For the sake of brevity your use of ‘BRINGUP EDUCATION'S-‘The Learning App’ in any electronic form or device shall be bound by the terms and conditions enumerated and agreed upon hereunder with wilful and free consent.
If you wish not to agree with any of the terms and conditions of this Policy, kindly refrain from using the Website, Application, or its products or until satisfaction for you to use the same by its Sales/Marketing/Technical/Legal Team, avail any of these services.

The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information“, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information“. Refund, Cancellation & Pack Expiration Policy
No refund or cancellation is permitted once the user has completed a transaction at bringupedu.com for study packs etc (Valid only for purchases made through bringupedu.com).
- Your Subscribed package will continue until terminated. Unless you cancel your subscription before your payment, you authorize us to charge the package amount for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
- You will get 7 days of the free trial from the day of signup. You can access the content thoroughly.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the package through the end of your payment date.
- Once you cancel your subscription, the package amount will not be refunded.
At Bringup Education, the Pack expires as per the validity suggested at the time they are purchased.
The subscription price will be made clear to you on our sign up pages or otherwise during the signup process and may vary from time to time. You agree to pay at the rates notified to you at the time of your sign up. Sign up for premium content on our app is generally for a year. We may however choose to offer monthly payment options. If you choose to pay monthly, your subscription will continue until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive it, in which case you will stop paying the monthly amounts.
Changes to this Statement
As the Company (Bringup Education) evolves, its privacy policy will need to evolve as well to cover new situations. You are advised to review this Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Your Consent
BRINGUP EDUCATION'S believes that every user of our Application/Services/Products/Website must be in a position to provide informed consent prior to providing any Information required for the use of the Application/Services/Products/Website. By registering with it, you are expressly consenting to its collection, processing, storing, disclosing, and handling of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by us.
